Peace of mind.
Peace of mind.

Overthinking
When we need to think that time think of that specific things. When it's not needed to think then don't think of it!
Use your mind like a switch when we need that time use it & when we don't just switch off.
Eg:- Full day you work that time your mind is on & at night when you go to sleep that time off it when we think about anything and we keep thinking about it continuously then it is called as "Overthinking".

Why Everytime we think? Why we think constantly about something Everytime?
Because we can't define Everything. Where is the root of that things & that root are known as "Greed & Fear". We can call it as "Desire" or "Fear".
If you desire something we keep thinking on that topic & if you fear to lose something or someone that thoughts always appears in your mind. We start overthinking on it & it is dangerous to mind & health too..!!
It all happenes because we are separated from Reality & we keep thinking & we make our own dreamy world !! When you control your desire & fear & they are based on your Real life then it is logical life or sale life.
If it is based on imagination. The things which are going in your surrounding you have to answer it. It makes sense we should always think about our desires and fear in reality in Real world you can control your life & thoughts. Don't behave like others "Be Different","Be Yourself". Don't create stress on yourself because of Society's pressure. When you keep asking questions to yourself then only you are going to stop Overthinking & then only you can control your desire and fear. When you desire something then only you have fear of losing that thing's if you don't have desire then you will not have fear. Understand your desire & see it is based on "Reality" or "Imagination".
It depends on you how much importance you give to that things. Then only you can come out of overthinking & you will have limited "Desire" & it will be Simple life to live & down to earth that much peace full you will be…!
